Went to panda got a bowl with rice and honey chicken when I tell u it was 8 little pieces of chicken…. They never give sauces when u ask for them I’m not spending 30-40 dollars and getting what I paid for never again!!!

They think you're not smart enough to figure out the way they served your food to go. Always ordered the Angus steak, which is 1.25 dollars extra, mushroom chicken, and teriyaki chicken, and they put that one the angus steak in the little red box, which limits the amount. I recently bought orange chicken there and it tasted like a rat. It was burnt and crunchy and I would like a refund. It was a horrible experience and I could still taste it even after drinking Dr Pepper. The service was also slow and took forever to get through the drive thru.

Ordered a plate And the beef was so overcooked I could not even spear it with a fork. Management would not refund, their solution was to remake the plate but it was going to take 10+ minutes and I was on a schedule and could not wait that long. They refused to refund the order, terrible customer service will not go back. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Whenever I worked in the fast food industry The customer was always right and you would do anything to bring them back and have them as a repeat customer. I guess that is not the case anymore especially at this establishment.

About every year or so we like to go here as a reminder to never go here. Tonight I’m not sure what we were served. Granted it was 830. Steak & mushrooms. Beijing beef & chicken teriyaki, chow mien and crab rangoon. All just terrible.

I just can't with our local panda anymore. The last few times we have door dashed Panda Express, spending about 100 bucks a hit on food alone, they have messed up our orders and failed to include condiments like sweet and sour sauce despite $30.00 worth of food being appetizers that use it. And tonight the food was HORRIBLE! Three orders of honey walnut shrimp, the breading was mushy and greasy, there was no sauce in it, a single walnut between every order and the shrimp was chewy. The spring rolls were also mushy. I would say it was our dasher but the food arrived pretty quickly and we don't live far. Several orders were wrong, wrong sides on a few, wrong entrees on others. That seems to be the norm. Something is ALWAYS incorrect. I have attempted to take the issues up with the manager but never get to talk to one. I'm always given to a crew leader, a crew leader IS NOT a manager, they are the stores babysitter. Been crew leader plenty of times myself. Obviously they can't do anything because nothing has changed. It gets worse every time we order. This will most definitely be the last time. There is only 5 of us, for fast food mediocre Chinese that costs over 100 bucks only to be constantly messed up that's ridiculous. I used to love Panda Express, this one gives all other a bad name. Get your act together and hire management that understands quality control, listens to their customers and isn't scared to call back and deal with them. I was in management for 25 years and I can honestly say that this place is a disgrace.

Look, it's fast food Chinese everyone knows what panda expresses. I will throw out some stock photos but I just didn't trust the Chinese food places here in Paris. They all said they have sushi. It's a long way from the ocean to get fresh sushi Chinese food to be tricky. I used stock photos panda express is pretty much, the same all across the country. The one in Paris, Texas, looked fairly new and was really clean inside and on request they made a fresh batch of honey walnut shrimp, because that was the main reason I was there to eat some shrimp .

This panda is kinda a hit or miss for me. I’ve gone before when it was extremely dirty and gross inside and had to ask a worker to wipe down a table for me, but have also been when the lobby was actually very clean so definitely just depends on the time and day you go.As far as the food goes I’ve noticed since COVID and inflation the portions have gone down but that’s across every panda not just this one. The string bean chicken breast I got one day was really gross and I wouldn’t recommend at all but everything else I’ve ever eaten here has been perfect.Overall a 4/5 average experience
