Never had one problem with this place they are very adamant about their Pizza being hot and fresh when it's delivered and that means a lot and also they don't have a lot of employees but the ones I have are always kind and eager to help and trying to get your order to you as fast as they can without getting in a rush and messing things up

order a large pizza took over 30 mins for pizza then the chesses was over the pepperonis so i didn't even think i got the pep then the jalapenos on my pizza was raw and poor placed on my pizza. My pizza also as soon as i picked up a slice ALL the toplining's slid off.... after i still ate the pizza cause i was very hungry had stomach issues for 3 days after consuming the food. I love papa johns but the one here in Paris, Tx is horrible, not even gonna mention the horrible customer service. DO BETER! I will recomend PAPA MURPHY'S OR LAZY T'S SONT GO HERE NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR EFFORT. PERIOD.
This was the first and last time I ever order from the papa John's in ParisMy special pizza had no cheese ; it was supposed to have extra mushrooms( there were none )and there were so many onions on it I couldn't pick enough off to eat it really sorry pizza and very expensive

Could not order online, had to call in order which resulted in us paying more since deals were online. Order was ready when promised. Gave me plates and marinara sauces free of charge upon request. Epic stuff crusted is awesome- it’s a lot of cheese and heavy but great dipped in marinara. Boys cheese pizza was a little thick but they liked it. Pickup around 7 on Sunday and they were slow. Papa johns pizzas are always good in my opinion for a chain pizza.
