This was the first and last time I ever order from the papa John's in ParisMy special pizza had no cheese ; it was supposed to have extra mushrooms( there were none )and there were so many onions on it I couldn't pick enough off to eat it really sorry pizza and very expensive

Could not order online, had to call in order which resulted in us paying more since deals were online. Order was ready when promised. Gave me plates and marinara sauces free of charge upon request. Epic stuff crusted is awesome- it’s a lot of cheese and heavy but great dipped in marinara. Boys cheese pizza was a little thick but they liked it. Pickup around 7 on Sunday and they were slow. Papa johns pizzas are always good in my opinion for a chain pizza.

I waited over an hour for my order for delivery and when the driver finally came they made no attempt to deliver the food or contact us to deliver the food tried calling the store no one answered will not be ordering

This place is usually spot on with everything but today when I really needed them to come through they failed and then acted as if the could care less. I have COVID so I needed a contactless delivery. I watched the delivery guy pull up across the street from my house check every address on that side of the street without even looking across the street where my address is. He took my food to a door that has no numbers on it and no one lives there. He did not even try to make sure it was the correct house. Called the store and the manager Jessica Dickens and she did not sound like she cared or wanted to help then hung up in my face twice. Called back multiple times to be hung up on by the other workers as well as the next shift manager Sarah. So I finally decided to drive to the store (me and my COVID) got there and the manager Sarah had the same I could care less attitude as the previous manager then out comes a little girl in the back around age 4 or 5!!! This is unacceptable! I get everyone makes a mistake, but when you act like you don't care to fix it is when I become THAT person! I do not recommend this place unless they get new management.

If only I could add my picture!!! The garlic dipping sauce busted and got all over my $20 ultimate Pepperoni pizza. The driver must have been flying. They didn't even add the marinara sauce for the cheesy bread. For $50??? Absolute trash go somewhere else.

Pizza is good but the service that Sarah and Jessica provide is just outstanding. I order from them frequently for my construction crews and they're always on time, on point and go out of their way to text me receipts for my expense reports. It's rare to find such hospitality nowadays so it's much appreciated.
