Worth the detour into Paris. Great local BBQ with a great menu and friendly staff. We sat outside, only complaint is it's right next to the road so kind of loud . Can skip the Mac n' cheese as it's pretty soupy, but the cowboy beans are a must.

Stopped by today to get barbecue for supper. First time I’ve been there. Best barbecue I’ve had in a while, I do believe it’s better than Hutchins Barbecue in Mckinney and the prices are more than reasonable. I’ll be back.
Grind on sausage is too fine making it more like a hotdog. Special beans are indeed special. The banana pudding lacked bananas.
