I placed an online order at 6:32 p.m., and the app gave me a ready time of 6:47 p.m. I arrived a little after that time and waited a couple of minutes at the counter before anyone came from the back. When I gave my name, I was told it would be another 7 minutes, so I sat down to wait.
While waiting, I noticed an employee repeatedly touching their mouth, which made me a bit uneasy about food handling. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the counter to check, and there seemed to be some confusion about whether I had already been helped. I gave my name again, and when my order came out, I noticed it was missing the medium pizza. Staff quickly went to the back to get it, but it was thin and crispy instead of the pan crust I had ordered.
I normally use the Hugo location, but I happened to be in Paris and decided to order here for convenience. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable burnt or chemical-like smell in the restaurant, which lingered on the food and even in my car on the drive home. My kids, who are usually big Pizza Hut fans, didn’t want to eat it because they said it tasted off.
I’m hoping this was just an unusual off day, but after reading other reviews, I’m concerned it may be a recurring issue. Sadly, I don't intend on ordering from this location again.

The pizzas were undercooked. The dough was very floppy and pale. The wings and cheese stuck were fantastic, well sauced and the sticks very fluffy and well cheesed. Delivery was quick and website was easy.

It took about 40 minutes for our pizza to come out and When we got it it was a thin crust pizza witch we ordered two thin crust one normal the service was not the greatest

We ate in and ordered 2 pizzas took 20 minutes for the 2nd 1 to come out which I thought was strange then realized the waitress forgot to put in the order for it. They seemed surprised we wanted to eat in and not pick up and go. The staff didn't seem concerned about the patrons.

This place is complete trash food was crap they were 40 min late on a carryout order and all they can say is sorry like no one's time is worth anything I'd rather starve than give them anymore of my bussiness

One server that spent almost the whole time in the back even with 6 small groups of people. Two groups had to wait 10-15 minutes to even order drinks. I've been here 30 minutes and have had an empty cup of Pepsi for half of that. The food was ok but the melt I ordered was over cooked, not quite burnt but not very far off.
Pizza was great but more importantly the service was outstanding. The girl purple braid girl was so sweet and attentive thank you

Love thin crust pizza, but not from Pizza Hut. Tried their tavern style pizza tonight when I got home and was very disappointed. It was super overcooked. The outer edge of the crust was black. It was so hard you couldn't even eat it. A waste of money and makes me not want to return.
Spent $50 plus dollars for pizza today and one was okay but the other was burnt we tried to eat some of it but we are fixing ourselves something else to eat
