rdered on the app. I ordered the big new yorker, garlic bread and brownies. The picture of the new yorker showed pepperoni and there was no way to customize for pepperoni. I got a cheese pizza. I didn't get my garlic bread and I received a cheese pizza! My order was $30.04 for a cheese pizza and brownies. The New Yorker was on sale for $10, so that must have been some really expensive brownies. I called and the guy didn't even want to listen. He just wanted to rush me off the phone. He said that Tuesday is their delivery girl's day off and they use a delivery service on that day. He said I would have to get ahold of them to fix it. I didn't even know I was ordering a delivery person to delivery my pizza. And he could have at least provided their contact information. Being too sick to deal with it, I just went ahead and ate some to take my medicine. For all I know Door Dash could have picked all over my pizza. It wasn't sealed. I am just done with Pizza Hut after this experience. Terrible customer service and a dishonest company. I should have just ate some crackers and saved my money

I’ll be going to Domino’s from now on. This Pizza Hut location completely dropped the ball on my order and customer service.
I placed two orders back-to-back, yet my second order came out first, and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the first order to be ready. At the window, I paid for four sauces and clearly asked the employee if all four were in the box. He said yes. When I got home, there were zero sauces included.
On top of that, my supreme pizza was hardly “supreme” at all, with very few toppings. I called the restaurant and left my name and number for the manager, who was supposedly busy at the time. I was told I’d receive a call back, but no one ever contacted me.
I was simply trying to get a refund for the sauces I never received, but the lack of follow-up and accountability made this experience unacceptable. Poor service, poor communication, and no resolution.

We had a very disappointing time at this Pizza Hut recently….we ordered on the app on the way in so that we wouldn’t have to wait too long. Got there and they had a few tables that were full so understood why we had to wait a few minutes by the door until we could be seated…told us to sit wherever we would like so asked them to clear a table since we are a family of 6. They cleared a table and we all got sat down and waited for service…..and waited and waited…..atleast 15 minutes! Our pizza was long ready according to the app and they finally asked if we had been helped yet. We hadn’t so they apologized and come to get our drink order but didn’t bother to bring us any menus even tho we hadn’t yet had a chance to tell them we had ordered ahead. Asked the price of drink options like two liters and 20oz and they didn’t know….told them we just wanted water to drink…brought our drinks and pizza….no straws and no silverware and had to go find someone to bring us those things….then our pizzas were the wrong size so they made us another one but didn’t bother to check what crust we would like so that was wrong again 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ It was just over all a really bad experience and very disappointing to not get any decent service! I know they can do better because we have eaten here several other times and been treated much better! Step it up, people and make people want to return for good food and good service!! I have been a waitress at several restaurants in my life and it’s worth it to have happy customers!

Ordered 2 pizzas, wing, and cheese sticks. Wings ✅️. Cheese sticks ✅️. 1st pizza with 3 toppings ✅️. 2nd pizza ❌️. 2nd pizza missing not 1, 2, or even 3.... but 7 toppings!
Take the pizza back and they offer to remake it. Wait 35 minutes and.... it's still missing 4!!! I was not waiting around and waisting an hour of my night for them to figure out how to read an order so I just left telling them it's good enough. They've gone way down hill. 1st issue I've had with them and it was absurd.

Halloween night my delivery never showed up. Went to the store the next morning as soon as they opened and they remade all my food. Asked what they could do about my delivery fee plus the tip for the driver that never showed. They gave me 2 2 liter dr peppers. Said if I gave them a good review they would customize my pizza hut reward cheesesticks.

I placed an online order at 6:32 p.m., and the app gave me a ready time of 6:47 p.m. I arrived a little after that time and waited a couple of minutes at the counter before anyone came from the back. When I gave my name, I was told it would be another 7 minutes, so I sat down to wait.

While waiting, I noticed an employee repeatedly touching their mouth, which made me a bit uneasy about food handling. After about 10 minutes, I went back to the counter to check, and there seemed to be some confusion about whether I had already been helped. I gave my name again, and when my order came out, I noticed it was missing the medium pizza. Staff quickly went to the back to get it, but it was thin and crispy instead of the pan crust I had ordered.

I normally use the Hugo location, but I happened to be in Paris and decided to order here for convenience. Unfortunately, there was also a noticeable burnt or chemical-like smell in the restaurant, which lingered on the food and even in my car on the drive home. My kids, who are usually big Pizza Hut fans, didn’t want to eat it because they said it tasted off.

I’m hoping this was just an unusual off day, but after reading other reviews, I’m concerned it may be a recurring issue. Sadly, I don't intend on ordering from this location again.

The double pepperoni pizza was very good. The service was great but the music was too loud. It made it hard to talk and enjoy my date.

The pizzas were undercooked. The dough was very floppy and pale. The wings and cheese stuck were fantastic, well sauced and the sticks very fluffy and well cheesed. Delivery was quick and website was easy.

It took about 40 minutes for our pizza to come out and When we got it it was a thin crust pizza witch we ordered two thin crust one normal the service was not the greatest
