This place has went straight downhill. The"workers" are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. That is being nice. I feel like I was stolen from. My order was wrong. I was so angry at this point, i just left. There was absolutely no one there who wanted to do their job. I will do everything possible to encourage people to never spend money there, again! I should sue.Kid-friendliness: They hate everyone. I wouldn't take my kids in that demon infested establishment.

We were told they were closing at 9:45, despite being open 24 hours, and the reason was due to the headset not working properly. We had asked to order through the window and we were told they only had limited items available. We asked for two sandwiches and we were informed that the sandwich machine was broken. She then listed off the items they still had, and we decided to go else where as we have no idea how old these items were.Would love more information on a sandwich machine…

Not sure what's going on at this location but it's a serious gamble on what type of service to expect. Toss-up usually lands you between rude, complacent workers with the occasional staff not obviously hating life.
It’s common knowledge at this point that majority of the workers and especially management are all on drugs. This is coming from my own experiences of going inside and seeing the absolute chaos and disorganization of the whole place and the constant disappearance and reappearance of workers, like witnessing 3 different workers walk into a bathroom together and suspecting something was up. I’ve also heard rumors from other friends recommending not to go there for this very reason. And what sealed the deal was talking to a family member who used to work there and quit due to the toxic work environment because management didn’t care about anything and everyone only wanting to do drugs together. This Popeyes would have potential if they fired most their entire staff especially their general manager and started out from fresh. Food has actually been pretty good when I’ve gone but when looking at their incredibly slow service, rude employees, their drive through being closed at random times, doors being locked at random times, and the big fact that most the workers can’t properly function because of drugs they’re doing in the workplace that apparently everyone is okay with, then this place is an absolute disaster.

All employees were standing around walking in circles. No management whatsoever. It took close to 30 minutes to get a two-piece chicken that they had on the shelf that they weren't waiting for it to come up from the fryers. Very disappointed!
This location gave myself, my husband and one child horrible salmonella poisoning. All who ate the wings. I myself was hospitalized with dysentery as a result. My husband and I were working all day and other than coffee it was ALL that my husband and I had eaten that day and the only food we shared in common with our daughter. Needless to say, we know for a fact it was the chicken. The 3 other kids had chicken strips. We spent days with horrific cramps that began a few hours after digesting the food and other severe stomach issues that began the next day which caused me to have a severe infection in my intestines which led to bad intestinal bleeding. After bringing it to the attention of others in the community we found we weren't the only people who suffered the same fate. 3 days later and I feel like my insides have taken a literal beating. I attempted to bring this to the attention of management several times. The first time a message was taken, the other two times nobody answered the phone. Needless to say, we wont be going back to the Paris, TX Popeye's any time soon.
