Great spot for a quick lunch in downtown Paris. Awesome staff. My favorite is the loaded power bowl. Maybe the biggest sleeper is their dessert, they are awesome. You just can’t go wrong.

Absolutely loved this restaurant and the owner! She was so kind and personable. I really loved that she carried crystals you can purchase. The food was SO delicious! We had pimento cheese hot dog and grilled corn hotdog and they both were very very tasty! We will be back for sure when we drive through Paris! Hands down 5 stars!

really sad to hear that a previous employee of theirs had a really bad experience with management at this establishment— even going so far as to preventing healthcare for children. I’m not really sure what they are trying to prove, but per the stories I’ve heard, they mentioned karma and well, it’s my belief that karma is very real. they aren’t posting that they are open / hiring so often if they were getting to much business. :/

Owner stole Medicaid paperwork from a former employee trying to get their daughter healthcare coverage. I can't even imagine how morally bankrupt a person has to be to try to keep a mother from getting healthcare for their kid. Just ghoulish behavior on the owners part. Will never eat here again.

Oh my FREAKING, DANG, GOODNESS! Yes it is actually that good. To say it’s a treasure for Paris Texas to have this local spot! How lucky are y’all. My wife and I drove over from Bonham and I was so impressed. The food is such quality and the flavor is insane. Listen Big City Food has nothing on this place. This place would sell out and lines down the street in any major city. Do your taste buds a flavor, pun intended and check this place out. You will not regret it.

Best chicken salad sandwich and chicken ceaser salad in Paris Texas!
If you love a good chicken salad sandwich on a croissant you have to try it out. If it had swiss and bacon it would have been a La Madeleine's sandwich when they were in thier prime.
The ceaser salad was the first one I believe I have seen in Paris that was made with the correct ingredients.
The staff couldn't have been nicer! Very welcoming. The place was super clean and nice. I feel really bad that I didn't get pictures but I will be back and update this post. That will not be the last time I eat that sandwich.
