As a native of Kansas City, I am into comparing barbecue. Scholl Brothers BBQ was exceptional. The meat was flavorful and was tender without any fat. The staff was friendly and enjoyed taking BBQ with me. Kansas City is known for bbq but Scholl Brothers is excellent.
Stopped in here today for a quick lunch and loved everything! The sauces from the condiment cow were delicious and it was so cute! The brisket was maybe some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
The baked potato/brisket was good today. However, the potato casserole wasn’t good. Sadly it was always my favorite menu item…. The guy at the window customer service was on point, so I would still go back!
