I came in today and ordered two coffees and a cake pop. Didn't get the cake pop and wasn't offered my receipt. I was charged for it though and when I tried to call the number is not scooters number. That needs to be updated. And I would either like my money back or my cake pop for my son.

He is always quick to solutions and is excellent at multi-tasking. This location should be proud to have him in their staff.

Definitely awesome blended oreo expresso coffee drink, thick and not overly too sweet!
..... forgot about the mini-glazed cake donuts, 3 for $1, great value, large oreo blended espresso coffee drink larger than McDonald's mocha frappe blended w/oreo cookie coffee drink, the oreo cookie really brings out the coffee flavor.

It's pretty darn scooten 😊 can't say anyone other place in town is as friendly and tasty and quick to get. Besides the drive from the other side of town just for a coffee. Yea I do I drive from one side of Paris to the other just to enjoy a scooter's coffee.
I just had a rather unpleasant experience, but I guess I was used to a certain kind of service. I made a mistake ordering a drink with regular milk, even though I am lactose intolerant. I went back to pay for an oat milk alternative, but I was informed that their policy is to pay for another full drink. I stepped out of line and parked to contact customer service. Unfortunately, the form button was unable to send, and I had trouble contacting the store. There was no answer. I’m sure this is just the new standard of service by the corporation. The employees were not outright rude but rather passive-aggressive. When they first opened, if I made a rare mistake like this, they would have been able to remake it. Something has changed, so it's kind of sad. I love coffee and iced matcha, but I can’t pay almost $17 for these drinks.

Wow 2days in a row I ask for a drink that's listed on the website and two days they made the wrong drink both days I am not cheap but at the same time your paying for a quality at 7$ a cup , and I got crap . I say crap because the girl looked me in the face and said yes it will be the "milky way" and i get the same thing they made me a Galaxy like I wouldn't know the difference . They made it the wrong way yestrday. I'm extremely disappointed,

It was really tasty. Honestly, in Paris, you're far better off going to the scooters than the lousy Starbucks in town. The coffee is far superior.
