I had high hopes for this restaurant. The food was adequate, with numerous buffet choices. But very little that was noteworthy - however , when you call yourself The Sirloin Stockade ... STEAK should damn well be served on the buffet ... apparently not on week nights , HUGELY disappointed... I'd say this was kinda on par with a Golden Corral with a slightly more practical layout .. the potato bar was a nice touch despite the way overdone potatoes in attendance- and where were the bacon bits?? If it sounds like I'm ripping on the place , maybe I am ... I was seriously disappointed at the lack of ready steak as an option ... I left full , so it couldn't have been that horrible

The brisket was tender but had the taste of char/carbon. I know what bark on a brisket is and this isn’t it… meatloaf burned on bottom. 2 plates I pulled had dried food stuck to them. This shows a lack of cleanliness.Mac n Cheese taste better from a box. Totally unimpressed. Should of ate at Whataburger.

We always enjoy the food and selections and over all we would recommend. The waitstaff seem really nice and caring. Checking back at our table to see if we need a refill on our drinks and if there is anything we need. However, we can't believe you have removed the fried chicken livers and coconut pie from your buffet. Our friends group has been eating chicken livers with you on Wednesdays for years; but now as a result our group has moved to another restaurant for our Wednesday lunches. And, most recently, you no longer have the coconut pie!! Two items that were so popular bringing regular customers in to eat with you. Everyone is talking about the lack of concern by WHOEVER is making such decisions to remove some of the most popular food choices. Big draws to your buffet. And, you might as well take the yellow cake off the dessert selection because there is virtually no icing on the cake any longer! We are very disappointed in the lack of concern for customers who have enjoyed the selections you've dropped or changed the quality. Simply unbelievable you would make these changes to a good thing. Please bring these foods back and put the proper amount of icing back on the yellow cake.

This was the very WORST food I have seen served in public in a LONG time. I dont know how they stay in business. The restaurant was nasty, the food was nasty, the bathrooms were nasty. All around AWFUL experience. DO NOT GO!!!! Plus it was $64 for 2 adults and 2 kids. DON'T DO IT!!!
Let me start by saying food was fresh and good like always Yvette our waitress was excellent and would've have given all stars but the lady at the salad bar was very rude and disrespectful we have not been in for a couple of months and I simply asked the young lady is usually here doing this must be off today our response to that was she's been replaced can't you tell the bar looks great now that was very rude to us

Was gross to me as I was sitting at are table eating I was watching the buffet and there was a bunch of kids not using the utensil to get the food from the buffet instead they was getting what they wanted with there hands I lost my appetite after watching it multiple times.
