My experience utilizing Smoking Good Eats has been wonderful! In my job as a pharmaceutical representative over the last 22 years, I have used nearly all the establishments that cater, including all of the BBQ ones. Smoking Good Eats tops them all, not only my opinion, but those that I cater to, have shared that Smoking Good Eats food is the best they have eaten. If you want a treat, treat yourself too the best smoked turkey, brisket and pork in Northeast Texas.

SGE is terrific! Everyone is so nice. Their BBQ Baked Potatoes are the best in town! Definitely need to go try them.
Dietary restrictions: I can't have eggs and they have no issues making the breakfast burritos with no eggs for me.
Food trailer with some outside seating, very good brisket and smoked turkey. BBQ sauce was very good, not very sweet. Fried cabbage was very good. I will be eating here again.

Only drawback was the paper under my cabbage bowl became soggy and I’m sure I ate some of it. A foil liner would fix that. Great food. Clean. Good service. I will return!

If you're in or around Paris Texas and craving BBQ , this is the place. I travel for a living, I've had BBQ all over the country and I am picky about BBQ. Most places I are just mediocre at best. This place is AWESOME, from the wonderful ladies that run it , to the food. The brisket is good, the smoked turkey breast is some of the best turkey I've ever had period. My sides were fried cabbage and Mac-n-cheese, both were very good. The BBQ sauce is hands down one of the best I've had outside my families recipe. Everyone has different taste and this place hit mine on all notes. Thank you ladies for your hospitality to your fantastic BBQ. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be stopping by.
