I work out in the sun all around DFW and dont like to eat food for lunch and usually get Smoothie King but this spot here in Paris was a savior for me, the peanut butter protein smoothie was the perfect lunch time fix for me, it was super tasty & filling!

The smoothies are so so good and are made with fresh quality ingredients. I also love that you can call in/order online or door dash your order if you’re in a time crunch. The guy working was extremely nice and helpful! They even had a special going on today (Thursday) for the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. Love that it’s packed with protein!! Can’t wait to try the Bahama Mama next!

The Strawberry Mango Smoothie was packed with the sweet tanginess of ripe strawberries and perfectly complemented with tropical mango. It has a refreshing sip that tastes like summer in a cup. With fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to treat yourself!

Hey ya'll have you been to Smoothies 4 U? I had the peanut butter chocolate smoothie and it was delicious. It tasted like a Reese peanut butter cup, so good. The place was very clean and the service was great. They have many different flavors even energy ones. Try one today ?
