I will start by saying the food overall isn't bad. The quality in which you get the food after ordering is what's the big question. I have sadly gotten more food cold or lukewarm instead of hot than I can count, and while it didn't taste bad, it's just disappointing. The biggest issue I have with this particular store are with the drinks. I don't know who hates their job, but every time I get a drink with any kind of flavor add in, it's ALWAYS like they dumped the entire jug in. They ruin so many drinks for me that I just don't order drinks from here anymore. I'd rather go to Jack in the Box or the other Sonic for drinks. It's sad when I want a Dr pepper and it tastes like nothing but the syrup they use to add flavors. Loses the carbonation, and of course, the taste. Not really remarkable food wise, but definitely watch your drinks.

Will not be going back to this location. Every single time I have been through this location there has been an issue. First time I hit the red button and sat there for 10 min with no response. Finally had to pull out and go through the drive through to get service. Second time my onion rings were so burnt I couldn’t even eat them. I went there this evening and got a jr burger add onions and it didn’t have any. I ordered a Coke Zero and make it dirty. Had no cream in it. I ordered on the app tonight and drove to the location and waited almost 15 minutes for my order. For a small burger and drink and they were not busy. Corporate really needs to get involved with this location.

Went through the drive thru yesterday morning ordered a pretzel smash burger combo and 3 Frito jr wraps the Frito jr wraps was decent but the burger was beyond awful and the fries was greasy the pretzel bun was like biting into a roll of toilet tissue paper the meat was in burnt greasy and tasteless and cold the creamy mustard is just honey mustard I've literally been nauseated after consuming the portion I managed to eat I tried to call and get a refund for my smash burger combo but it goes straight to a voice message saying they can't come to the phone the drive thru cashier also failed to give me my receipt the only thing they did get right was my drink...how sad and poor service

Waited 20 minutes for stale and cold onion rings. The Fritos in the chili wrap were very stale. I love Sonics food but it’s tough to enjoy it when it’s served this badly, and it’s not the first time it’s been bad at this location. Waiting 20 minutes when the food isn’t fresh is ridiculous. I won’t be back.

I went to Sonic on North Main, I ordered a #3 combo, with mustard, no cheese, and add jalapeños. When I got home, I opened my meal and had a nasty looking burger with mustard and jalapeños only! No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions and no pickles!! This isn't the first time our order has been messed up. I called the number on the receipt and got a message that they were not taking calls at this time, called the number online and got the same message. Pretty bad when you can't even call Sonic to get this straightened out!!Nothing was done the last time to correct Sonics mistake and I'm sure nothing will be done this time either.
