N. Main St, Paris TX location. Fish sandwich picture on the display looked SO good...light gold color... What we actually received were two very hard, dark brown, grease-soaked fish sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting. We went home and cooked lunch instead.

This is the last time I give your company any of my money. We waited over thirty minutes watching the drive thru getting their orders even after we ordered. Our food arrived cold………. You should just close down that location if you can’t serve hot food.

Had to sit here for over 45 mins for a DoorDash for a shake and pretzel twists when they had maybe 3/4 other cars here I don’t understand why they are so slow here it’s honestly ridiculous
Well I really thought this location had changed the last time I was here I left a good review. This time I pulled up to the handicap stall press the button it said it was activated I waited five six seven minutes and I finally just pulled away and they were not busy. I was thinking if it takes them this long to at least acknowledge that you're there can you imagine how long it's going to take to get the order.

Wow! Welcome back customer service. They had just closed, and we all know what that means. But the manager still made us the two best chocolate shakes. We were from out of town and she also gave us a cup of ice to help keep me from getting too tired driving home. That, is customer service! Thanks Sonic!

I waited in the parking spot for 15 minutes, then decided to try the drive-thru to place my order. Unfortunately, I waited another 5 minutes there without any response, so I left without getting my ice cream. Sonic might as well have been closed, as several cars were just waiting without any service. Avoid this location if you’re looking for quick service.
