This store has had a long time issue with bad service and bad food quality. Called the store tonight with concerns of a wrong order. All I received was an attitude followed by the managerTameka or something similar, putting the phone on hold for over 5 minutes. I called the store and the phone is still on hold, 30 minutes later.

The best Sonic franchise experience I have ever had in my lifetime!!! In addition to that; this Sonic location has tons of history with the local Parisians. Of course the stories are a bit too colorful for a Google review!

Went to the Lamar Ave location. The first 3 stalls I pulled into the screens were down. I would have left. But. I ordered in the app. You can't get a refund. So I moved again! The young person that came to my car was very nice. And said have a good day. I use the app to save $1.65 on a route 44 size drink. This has happened at this location a few times now. Would be nice not to have to do this. Going to check and see if I can pick up at the drive thru. Not had this issue with the N Main location. The Dr Pepper was mix right and was cold.Parking: It's stalls. Handicap is acceptable for the out door tables.

Literally waited 6 minutes for them to even take my order.. It was not busy at all. Recently went to the sonic in Mt Pleasant & it made me realize both sonics in Paris just suck but gave me hope the franchise is still capable of making good food. Just not in Paris, or even Reno.. pathetic.

Talk about an abject failure! Drink ordered on the app. Lite Ice! Tell me if this is light. I even tipped. They didn't even bother to squeeze the limes. Basically if you go to a sonic and see several blacks avoid it.

I need a Time Machine back to 1984 when Sonic was awesome. I don’t know who owns the Sonic(s) in this town. But this one. This one right here, is just terrible. 2 attempts in 2 days. No one would take our order. In the afternoon on attempt 1. Yes it was a little busy. Hit the red button. 5 minutes we waited. Not even a peep. Maybe just say, “we are a little busy, we will be with you asap!” So we went to Dairy Queen. Tonight. 8:55 pm. Not a car at a stall and no one in the drive thru. Pulled up…. Waited…. Not a peep. When we left there were people inside ignoring everything and not wanting to even look outside. Maybe they closed early. But anyway, if you are the owner I hope you are getting a great tax write off because your sales are so low. You may want to audit your employees and see if they give a $&@) or are just robbing you blind. I assure you I won’t be back for a 3rd attempt. Zero stars.
