Waited forever for my drink. Had to ask about it, server scrolled back through orders to find it had been forgotten. Didn’t bother to stir it up. Not up to the usual Starbucks standards at this location. Avoid if possible.

Rudest Starbucks as always and running super slow as usual. Came in at 4:15 pm today, said it was an Uber order 2x to no avail. How do you not know what Ubereats is? Thank you also for yelling at me as I left to HAVE A GOOD DAY! Horrible experience. Don’t work in customer service if you hate your existence

Absolutely no allergy awareness. If you have a severe allergy. They will refuse to serve you or help find a solution to ordering. Wish I would leave zero stars.

Service was more slow compared to Dallas area. That’s the only reason for 4 star. Closer to 30 minutes wait time.

At first, I was very upset that I was getting charged five dollars for hot water. However, the staff handled it very well and to me that is five star service because I was not nice to them and it’s not their fault management should be ashamed and it’s insane to charge someone $5.00 for hot water I didn’t mind paying, but $5.00 that’s a 1star.

Just passing thru, plzzz learn how to make a matcha latte-milk with a smidge of matcha not it. Girls working hard in there, but lots of online orders coming in while walk-ins waiting WAY TOO long after paying.

I made an online order and when I got there at 8:15 all the lights were off and after I got my coffee it tastes like water through and through. The younger generation they have working inside don't want to work just like the rest of that generation they was in a rush to leave and my coffee was water through and through
