I made an online order and when I got there at 8:15 all the lights were off and after I got my coffee it tastes like water through and through. The younger generation they have working inside don't want to work just like the rest of that generation they was in a rush to leave and my coffee was water through and through

Google should allow for a 0 star review. The place was dirty, the music was blaring, the seating was uncomfortable, the service was lousy and coffees were left sitting there for who knows how long before people eventually got up and found out theirs has already been made. The coffee was terrible, I got an iced drink and you could visibly see a thick layer of water separating from the drink it was so watery. Go to Paris Coffee. Go to Paris Bakery. Go to Scooters. Go anywhere but here.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of screaming kids around so they're very obviously welcome
Can't believe I just paid money for this lackluster PSL! Weak coffee, hardly any flavor -- Ovaltine would have been better. The tables were filthy, the music so loud...what did I get for my money? A giant headache. Starbucks: don't sit on your laurels.

Lousy staff just partially says name of drink mumbling into the next drink she is making. After minutes I walk up and find out it's mine. Again I ask, YOU CANT SAY MY NAME?? Disgusting service at this location Starbucks, you fail every damn time. Quit hiring idiots who just don't care about customer service.

Listen the Starbeeies in Paris Tx is the best!!! The customer service is amazing I go every morning be for work and I have never had a bad experience!!! They know my voice and I would never trade them for a different coffee house!!!
