Very unprofessional people
12/03/2025 Back again today, and unfortunately this visit was disappointing. There was only one employee working, and I was very understanding and polite the entire time. Everything was fine until I went to pay. I was getting ready to leave a tip when she turned to another customer and said, “Pay attention, always that damn phone,” referring to me.
I have no idea why she said that—maybe because I took a few seconds to choose my vegetables—but it was completely uncalled for. I canceled the transaction and asked for my tip back. Being understaffed is not the customer’s fault, and making rude comments about someone who was nothing but nice is unacceptable.

I wanna take a moment and thank the employees that worked Oct 5th to fix me two tuna melt subs. They were very professional. And they did my sandwiches the right way. I will comeback again and continue ordering from there location.

They think it’s funny I’m assuming. But they need to learn how to make a sandwich and stop playing. This is my sandwich. Not spread out and they Folded it long ways and stuffed it in the bag. This is unacceptable. Worst subway I’ve been to.
