The sandwich looked like it had been sitting around for awhile cause it was soggy. The veggies were also old and the chicken was in pieces and imbedded into the soggy bread. This is the first time I've had this issue but I'll not come back

Only complaint is that there needs to be more then one person on shift due too the intake of customers that come in waiting for more then 10 mins in line is ridiculous need to hire more

I hated it. Subway inside Walmart in Paris Texas is a joke. The bread was hard and stale on the outside and sauggy in the middle. I got CBR. It was by far the worst one I have ever eaten and I worked at a Subway for 4 yrs. So I ate a lot of them. The lady that helped me wasnt good at her. Job either. I took 3 bites and threw it away. 12.00 down the drain.

They put the chain up as I was walking in and said the one employee had to go the RR and be right back. I came back 5 minutes later and the chain was still up and but she was back. I asked her if they were open and she yelled at me that she has a big door dash order and it will be a long wait. Very rude and disappointing there wasn’t another employee to help!! We ate somewhere else and very sad my son couldn’t get his favorite cookies from there. This happened right about lunch time. So probably lost money for putting that chain up!!

Employees didn't seem too happy. After seating myself and eating casually. I watched customers coming in to order. Most customers are very rude (just like all Paris people.) I was harassed multiple times, by customers, about being in a wheelchair and how my right foot is in a cast. You know what, after dealing with the mentally ill people who came into this place. I can see why the employees are how they are. Other than that, the food was good.UPDATE (DECEMBER 27, 2018): Ever since Kim left, this place has not been the same. I'm proud of her and the others who left for higher pay. But now, people have a literal reason to be upset because the newer people who replaced them aren't very good. Hopefully, with the experience gained (if they gain any experience) they will work themselves to be better.

Service was not to great today I usely love Subway but they let me sit at the speaker 20min before they told it wasn't working then they got my order all wrong then my sandwich wasn't heated or toasted all the girl was concerned about was going home
