Walked in and reminded me of an old fashion counter like ME Moses when I was a kid. The fact it was an old bank building was cool. There were many flavor varieties and our choices were creamy and delicious. Loved the atmosphere and on a hot day hit the spot.

Rarely is there an experience like this – it made me feel cozy and at home (though being 5000 miles from actual home) and at the same time transported me to another time. Made me think about simpler days, way back when the air was filled with optimism and purity that made you want to hug a stranger. Maybe that feeling was caused by the friendly yet authentic staff that took the time to chat and tell you more about the sweets. Maybe it was the clean, yet layered interiors. I had the Cookie Monster while my friend had an Peanut Butter Explosion and loved both of them. So very delicious, yet something I've never tasted before. Leaving the store I felt like I even though I might never return, I'll always have Paris.

I decided on an ice cream flight today. All flavors were outstanding. Above that was the two young lady’s working today. They provided excellent service, conversation, and kindness to a girl who stopped in to apply… these two young ladies are exemplary employees….

I’m not one for fancy ice cream, I like quality. But this place has both. It’s in a beautiful little town in a historic building. The wait staff is totally awesome. The decor just has to be seen. The ice cream is served looking all fancy. But the best part is the quality and flavor. The prices are on point. Trust me put this on your bucket list.

So fun!! They have ice cream flights, so you can try all those flavors when you can't decide!! The TX Praline ice cream is the best!! It's definitely Kid friendly and has the comfiest atmosphere.

We held our weekly The Crafting Circle group at Sundae in Paris today! The ice cream and sundae’s were DELICIOUS. The staff is super friendly and the service was great! We can’t wait to come back next week and enjoy some other flavors and meet new friends while we craft!

My kids loved Sundae in Paris. My son said that their mint chocolate chip was the best he'd ever had. Vintage Paris vibes, decor, and music. There are lots of specialty sodas in glass bottles.
