First and last time going here. Everything was cold, I didn’t get the bag of chips with the meal and zero salsa. It was dinner time the food should be hot or at least warm. I will say that the young person working the window was nice & polite.

Cashier rude , service slow spent more time flirting with each other than working. Platters very little rice and beans . Two customers and took 20 minutes to get order . Every employee just walking around and talking . Worst service I've ever had. Won't return, will give to Taxi

Was very disappointed to get home and find that my food was upside down in the bag all mixed together. Was supposed to come with chips, but they failed to put them in the bag. The first time I went half the order was missing when I got home. So I doubt they will get a third visit from me.

I had time to kill so I ate lunch and stared at my phone for a while in the lobby. They were constantly cleaning the entire time. Very clean very courteous. And the food was exactly as expected 10/10 will return

Filthy, filthy dining room. Bathrooms not cleaned, but mop buckets blocking the doors. Crap all over the dining room floor.Horrible, rude service. My wife and I both greeted the worthless register critter with a "Hello!" To which he responded with a blank stare. We asked for and paid for the items, then said "thankyou", to which he responded by walking off.As horrible a retail jockey as he is, this is a management problem. Training and consequences. Praise for doing well, if that were to ever happen.The food, well that was ok. Expect the ground beef to have far too much salt at this location, but with other toppings, a fair taste. A little tweaking, the food could be top notch fast food. Difficult when most stuff comes out of a bag premade, but not impossible. I'd say that it will be worth returning once they've gone through the traditional opening turn-over. See if the management improves.

Co2 seemed to be out on fountain machine and when told workers, they seemed not to concerned. Food was average. Prices ok. One worker was busy keeping things clean. Yall just don't screw up like Wendy's or Popeyes and yall might stick around.
