What a delicious place to decide on last minute! My family and I are passing through from Central Texas and we happened to stop at Wards by mere accident and hunger cravings, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I had the double cheeseburger and I can swear on my home town burger joint that this was the BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD! definitely not the frozen flat patties you get at a drive thru. We also had breakfast and the biscuits were phenomenal at best. Thank you for giving us such an enjoyable meal on our long 20hr drive!! Definitely a restaurant for the books!
Half the stuff on the menu is good and half of it isnt. If you go for the 2 AM diner experience with your friends nothing will feel more like home.

Always, always a super friendly, professional staff, food is hot, fresh, with quality ingredients, breakfast served all day, everyday, its open 24 hours, and everything is clean and sanitary. So if you're looking for a nice very affordable meal, give this place a shot... (also... best omelettes I've ever had)

Great mom and pop style diner. You can get breakfast anytime of day, I had Sue taters and I asked for an egg on top, OMG it was good! Never saw the bottom of my coffee cup! Son loved the mozzarella sticks and grilled chicken sandwich. Staff is incredible and the owner made a point to greet us. Lovely restaurant and we will be back.

Good food. Love eating breakfast here. However if ya don't get one of the waitresses thats been there for a while ya can forget being remembered when it comes to refills or anything else. The owners are real nice and usually there in the am hours. I personally would like to see this place get some more "good" waitresses and I would go there more often like I use to.
