Don Juan's Romantic Mexican Food

i love getting there food. usually I do it thru doordash mainly though 🥰🥰🥰 always hot and fresh

The specials are priced excellent, and the food is outstandingly great. The service and the employees are the best . The environment of the atmosphere inside Don Juan's is amazing. So , to keep up the good work.

The management and staff were excellent. Good food for good prices. Daily specials. We went on Wednesday and I had 3 enchiladas, a tamale, beans and rice. For less than $8. Their salsa was a spicy habanero sauce. Nice. Going back. Would recommend it to anyone.

The spicy chicken soft tacos are pretty good, as well as the beef taco salads.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Absolutely the worst place ever. The owner has absolutely no customer service skills and the place leaves a lot to be desired. My first time to ever visit this establishment and I will not be returning!!

Sorry had to come back on here after reading the managers/owners response. He feels the need to go into full detail once again arguing with the customer who should be considered always right even if they aren’t right. I chose to leave the details out as to not be childish but since he felt the need to put it all out there then let’s do that. He blatantly lies trying to defend himself claiming I said I wanted chili on my bean burrito when I was never asked that question. The only time we discussed chili was pertaining to the enchiladas I ordered for my kids. He claims I waited 30 minutes to call and say the order was wrong when I don’t even live but maybe 10 minutes away and I called as soon as I got home. He also says he apologized to me and he did no such thing. What he did do was treat me horribly and blame me for my food being wrong. I have never been treated that way at any establishment. Maybe he was having a bad day I don’t know but he doesn’t get to own a business and take it out on his customers. He also claims I was cussing at employees no I cussed at him and he deserved it. My husband was with me and was just as appalled as I was. In addition he actually got food from them and was displeased with the food so he left his own review. Therefore I’m being accused of misusing the review system and using his name to write a bad review which is not true. It’s a legit review.

Food was extremely gross. Seems 3 people were in charge of getting our order wrong then the owner wanted to argue about it while blaming my wife. From reading the other unsatisfied reviews “accountability” seems to be a big issue here. On top of that the food was very nasty I can’t say that enough. Waste of time and money.

Beef enchiladas are good. Also rice and beans. Tacos are nice. Guacamole is runny and has no zip. Sometimes they get orders wrong. But overall. Not bad!

Tacos are good first time eating here and service is very good.

Great value. Prices will make you think you went back in time pre-covid, maybe even further. Portions are good. Not, absurdly large, but you won’t leave hungry.

Will not serve ala carte options for bariatric patients. Would rather force full servings for higher prices.

Advised them that I had bariatric surgery and requested smaller portions by ordering Ala carte, but they were insensitive to that and told me I had to get a full meal rather than ala carte. If you are a baritruc patient, not a good choice here.
