I used to love coming to this location, as the atmosphere was nice, clean and felt welcoming. But recently, I’ve gone a few times within the past month or so, and the atmosphere has changed, and the restaurant itself is dirty. One of the times I went, the tenders I received were cold, you could tell the tea was old, and when I asked for a gallon they did not have the gallon bags. They gave me my food in an autozone bag, and the tenders were rubbery when I ate them. Another time I went they were out of fish, ketchup, and some sides. I tried to give this place one more shot the other day and when I got my food it was completely wrong AND missing sides. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it needs to be changed. Also the attitudes of some of the employees AND managers need to be changed.

This is the best golden chick in my humble opinion. Every time I go I’m always greeted and attended to well. Staff is friendly and the food is great. It’s gotten a whole lot better in the past year or so, so idk if management is new but clearly they’re doing something right. Stay golden…chicks

The best chicken restaurant on earth! So tasty! The people that work at this location are very polite and the chicken tenders are yummy!
Pearsell, Texas location. Ordered 25 chicken tenders family pak with 3 sides. Drove home, 35 minutes away. Got home, no sides. This is the second time this has happened. No impressed. Someone should be double checking the order. Other than the drive-in person.
Also, your parking lot is awful. If your in the drive-in, people that are parked inside restaurant can't get out.

Just got the fish and shrimp platter and no drinks because of a city water issue but still charged us for it. Ask for tartar sauce and lemon juice and was not given any. Dirty rice did not look like the picture was over cooked and clumped up. The coleslaw was ok but tasted a little wilted. Over all the fish and shrimp was on point as always but a little disappointed especially having to pay over $25 getting home and no tartar sauce no cocktail sauce and no refreshment.

Right. I've ordered from here a handful of times. Just about every time, they forget something, whether it's the Lotta Zing sauce, a drink, an order of mashed potatoes or fries or rolls, or the chicken is noticeably old and sad. Is it a lot to ask for gravy or even some damn napkins? I'm glad it's not as bad as the Burger King in Dilley, but there's gotta be some sense of standards.
