Don't know what's going on with the employees but they are giving terrible service Pizzas are cold and take longer than 20 minutes to make one. 2 females always talking in the back. I ordered a pretzel crust and all they did was put salt on a regular pepperoni crust they didn't even put the cheddar cheese sauce

Went earlier today to order my pizza. Behind the counter said to me that they will not take orders over the counter and have to order thru website. I ordered previously the same. No problem. Pizza hut hurry up.

We ordered our pizzas about an hour ago and we were just told it would still be ten minutes and as I was waiting I observed the staff making dough with no gloves and scratching their face with the same hand they were rolling dough out with. None of the staff is wearing gloves even the managers. ??

Little Caesars needs to do better it’s supposed to be hot and ready but every time I come to this Pearsall store nothing is ever ready then wait an eternity in the parking lot for the pizzas while the staff is inside not putting an effort into there order

Experienced a 30-minute wait for my hot and ready pizzas, while the staff appeared to be inexperienced in managing orders effectively.
Every single time I decide to give into the kids and order pizza we have to wait 30+ mins for a “hot & ready” ??♀️ get it together Little Cesars!! And please stop quoting fake ready times of “7-8 minutes” it’s never been under 15!

New Crazy Puffs were great, and our pizzas were good, but wait times are unacceptable. They take waaay too long to get food out, and staff simply ignore customers that are waiting. A little communication would go a long way.

Did a mobile order for 7pm. Arrived at the right time. They said my pizza was not ready and to come back. Waited for over an hour and when opening my pizza at home, the pizza was not cut. So disappointing!
