Went earlier today to order my pizza. Behind the counter said to me that they will not take orders over the counter and have to order thru website. I ordered previously the same. No problem. Pizza hut hurry up.
New Crazy Puffs were great, and our pizzas were good, but wait times are unacceptable. They take waaay too long to get food out, and staff simply ignore customers that are waiting. A little communication would go a long way.
Pizza, breadsticks, & crazy sauce are all prepared correctly. No surprises with food, just like all other Little Caesars.However, the lady that works the early shift is usually rude and not customer service oriented.
