Star Bucks in Pearsall 11-18-2025 at 9:45 am. Service was rude. The young lady named Cara we were told was not to friendly with my friend who spoke mostly Spanish. She got upset once he spoke a little bit English. When we left we said bye to Cara, we called her name out several times and tell her thank you, but she was rude and refused to acknowledge us, This because my friend spoke Spanish to her. She didnt even try. Pearsall has a lot of predominately Spanish speaking community, and if she cannot be adult enough to try and to handle a Spanish speaking person, then she is in the wrong business.

Stopped at Starbucks the attendants don’t even acknowledge you, I was right in front of him. I ordered pastries and they gave me drinks but did not pastries. I asked the guy about he was rude took his time to give them to me. This is the worse customer service atStarbucks I have encountered. It’s a shame none of the 3 persons working there acknowledge the customers. I was passing by on my way to Houston.

Worst experience ever 😪 I ordered a Carmel Macchiato hot with extra Carmel drizzle. She gave me the cup all full of drizzle it got all over my hands. I asked her to pour it in another cup and she just put another cup over the current cup. I drove off and tried it, it taste like water!! It was nasty! So disappointed! Through it in the trash!

Ladies are extremely rude. My order was wrong, they rudely re did the order giving me extra ice when I asked for light ice. They added a weird foam when I had asked for a basic mango dragon fruit refresher with added strawberries and extra inclusion. I was not given even regular servings worth. When I was given my redo with what was left over they just topped it over with ice and tossed my way. When I informed I had asked extra inclusions cashier gave me a Sneer and quick comeback I felt attacked “well you have to pay for more” giving me a horrible attitude. I told her okay,, I don’t mind and gave me literally 3 strawberries in a white cup. Worst attitude ever. Will not comeback and reported to branch.

It is 813 PM The hours say until 8:30 p.m. Don't come by this store because it's closed! They lock their doors, and also their drive-thru is not open and they tell you to come again. If they're going to close at 8:00 then they need to change their time and say closing at 8:00 p.m. or whatever time they're going to be closing. False advertisement on their time and services. Very disappointing.
Placed a mobile order, app says to go to the counter. Tried to go inside, but the door was locked and they weren't going to close for another hour. I think they forgot to add the espresso because it only tastes like iced milk. I was only driving by, was busy with my kids so I didn't really pay attention to how white it looked. My husband grabbed it and placed it in the cup holder. After I finally got to it, I realized they got my order wrong. Doesn't taste like my usual order. I called the store, lady that answered said she was Natalie (manager) and said they could remake it but that they would be closing in 7 mins. I told her I would prefer a refund since I wasn't sure when I would pass by there again and she said I would have to do it through the app. So I just wasted $7 for caramel milk.

This starbucks has very kind workers and is very clean. The drinks are made well, I usually get the chai tea latte or shaken espresso. Charles made my day by giving me a free drink that someone did not want. (:
