Pacific Northwest Coffee Snob here! My wife and I were passing through (Austin > Uvalde via Victoria) for the 2024 Eclipse. We pitstopped in Pearsall for coffee. We're picky with annoying modifications and this Starbuck's nailed it. They staff didn't seem to mind that our order was riddled with inconveniences. The vibe of the shop was very PNW. Stop here. Get your drink on.

Incredible place, we stopped by with a bad coffee from a Laredo Starbucks and they gave us a new coffee to replace the other one. Clean and great service from all.Thank you!

I used to drive this route and say they need a Starbucks over here, then recently I was driving and saw they had this location. I'm not sure how long they've been there but they are a blessing from God. The staff were pretty nice and well trained. I say well trained because sometimes you forget to add things to your order and when the staff can notice that and ask follow up questions that remind you that you missed something it's always a sign of good training. The location is super clean. The coffee (white chocolate mocha, cinnamon Dulce latte) actually tasted pretty good. Shout out to the baristas. The chocolate chip cookie, cake pop and banana nut loaf were also pretty awesome. Shout out to the bakers. And my family enjoyed sitting at the tables and enjoying our orders. Kiddos were super happy. Temperature was also perfect inside there. We'll be back.

It was night time, I had to use my phone light to see the menu sign. No light was on. Employees need to remember to put cup sleeves on hot items. Was handed a hot coffee and it was HOT. Hot chocolate was not stirred and tasted like water. No stir stick given.

Big Starbucks fan, nice people here they just need better management and leadership. It is chaotic on there it does not matter if there almost no customers or just a regular pace driver thru they act like there are 1000 customers. With good leadership they can charge this place for the better.

Walked in at 10:50 and left at 11:28. Walked inside and I was the only one at the cash register for 5 minutes. They even answered the phone infront of me before taking my order. It seems like they were taking care of the entire drive through before they got to anyone inside. I only ordered a cold brew so it should not have taken as long. So if you have time to waste then go for it. I will say they were friendly and made the drink good.

Very friendly staff, but over 20 minute wait, after order was placed for two lattes is too long.

No whipped creme. Over 30 minute inside wait. No name on drink. The most dilute tasteless tall Mocha Frapucino I ever bought at 6 bucks.
