My sandwich was made wrong, was missing some veggies, the bread was stale and not toasted, I ordered avocado on both sandwiches and only got it on one but was charged for both. And the food tasted rotten

Been coming to this store for some years now, the food is good, the service is good, but Management needs some Major Attention. There’s rarely a Manager on location, and it seems like the Facility is declining rapidly. The Central Air Condition has been down for some weeks and seems to be an occurring issue with this store. Instead of fixing the issue, Managment decided to install ceiling fans that blow Hot Air around making it uncomfortable to relax and eat. The workers keep a positive attitude, but look drained from the heat. Current Outdoor Temp is 116 Degrees. Another annoying issue seems to be that the Card Reader is Out of Service Frequently.
Someone from Corporate needs to Save this store and its employees immediately. The store owner should be embarrassed of how poorly this store is.

Multiple times I've visited the store and I have been told that they are accepting cash only. I hope the owner knows that they're loosing a lot of business because of this. Also, its much easier for employees to steal cash by not properly ringing up items. I cant say for sure if they're stealing but saying cash only multiple times during prime business hours is suspicious

Change dispenser that gives you the quarters pennies Nickle's & dimes when you pay & they give you the change will give you more change then you need sometimes. The change just slides down the chute thing beside the register, & the cashier doesn't pay any attention to how much you get.
