Went in for a Basic order #1 with cheese, that whopper didnt have cheese or onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise. Just patty pickles ans lettuce the 15 minute wait wasnt worth it. Whoever runs this business needs to sell!
I paid for very old cheeses sticks… I’m a hour away tried to call to get a remake for when I’m in the area just for the number on file to not work.

To be honest... never had problems with any BK except this one. I get employees trying to eat ,but would've been nice to finish my order before telling me a total and walking away to go eat. I wanted to add a shake and change fries to onion rings but as soon as I said large for combo. I was told 12.87 as she was walking away. I even said excuse me twice but oh well guess she thought I was fat enough.
