To be honest... never had problems with any BK except this one. I get employees trying to eat ,but would've been nice to finish my order before telling me a total and walking away to go eat. I wanted to add a shake and change fries to onion rings but as soon as I said large for combo. I was told 12.87 as she was walking away. I even said excuse me twice but oh well guess she thought I was fat enough.

A manager forgot to order Dr. pepper so they didn’t have any… I asked just to not charge for fries since I was going to get a drink somewhere else. The person was extremely rude to me, she does not understand customer service. Do not eat here!

Why..??do the crispy chicken wraps look soo small cut piece of chicken paddie and looks nothing like the refreshing pics u put on the websites .. we pay good money to eat at these establishments to get this….what is this?? Come on guys make things how you would eat them ..

Texas burger with extra pickles and extra tomatoes was perfect! The only complaint I have is that it didn't come in a pair!!! Hahaha. Seriously, awesome. BK, I have a suggestion: field test some real beer batter onion rings! - as an option! 4.3 stars!
