This place and food is an overpriced hit or miss establishment. $6 for 2 individual chicken tenders!!!The service is ridiculously slow The associates are ridiculously slow they process your payment and hand you your money back slow and it gets slower plus they close real early but they turn that warmer lamp off quick so that o'l bird maybe half warm or damn near cold by the time you order it. They only have one person who can speak and understand english but act like they can't understand yours. So if you're heading that way or plan on visiting good luck cause this is where your patience and knowledge of speaking and understanding spanish comes in to play

You have 5 employees working but they shut oil off at 630p they say they close at 10pm NO CHICKEN EVEN AVAILABLE. Called Manager Eric he said oh let me see says business was slow and they don't make money while standing there 5 people looked at this. I can understand not leaving all oil on but at least leave one on.. Waste of time thinking you going to get Chester's first time ever in Pecos their LAZY AND DONT SPEAK ENGLISH BUT ONCE I TALKED SPANISH TO THEM THEY COULDN'T BELIEVE IT..

The young guy working there10/29/22@ 15:00This guy has a chip on his shoulder ,he shouldn't be in customer service.He also tried to charge meal price for 3 chicken straps.Loves you can be sued for purposefully over charging, this has happened in the past and reading the reviews it seems pretty common place, maybe I should just call my lawyer, not for anything but the principle of the fact, you need to be taught a lesson.

Went in, the worker was good but I just wanted some tenders. The guy asked 2-4 piece I said 4, looked down at the total $10.49 I was like whoa dude! I was like for four tenders? He tried to charged me for the meal but took everything else off of it.

Not open 24 hours. Management needs to update their listed hours instead of wasting 2 hours of my time. There aren't many places to eat out here, and driving to any of them can take a long time. Be considerate of your potential customers, otherwise don't allow your business to be listed online.

Sounded like a good deal 3 pieces for $9 and change but unfortunately the product was not at its best. The chicken appeared to have been in the warmers a bit to long, it looked burnt and dried. Green beans weren't any better and salty, the only good thing that was decent to eat were the mashed potatos. Don't just take my word for it, here is a picture, this is for the manager, think you guys have to put an experation time on that product or you may lose your customers. There is always time to make it better.

Next I asked how fresh the gizzards were. The answer 30minutes or less. I ordered the chicken then the gizzards. I received 5 fresh the rest were nasty. Never going back. Chester's chicken always sucks. Pretty sure it's not real meat. Everything always tastes like rubber and will send you on a mad dash for the restroom.

This company is full of liars from the general manager down to the employees. Every day I get lied to about something minimal as an order of gizzards. If they dont like making them they need to say that and remove it from their menu. It's not a big deal it's just frustrating constantly getting lied too. Just say yall dont like making gizzards I wont order them. This Chester's is the worse i ever dealt with
