Great customer service from Amy. I placed a large online order and she made sure everything was accurate and was very helpful making sure I had everything needed for the order including ice and cups for our drinks and cutlery for the food. She was awesome, if she’s the manager I can see why.

Every time I stop at a Dickeys I enjoy the food and the experience, but THIS Dickey's in PECO TX is really terrific . The workers are happy and they really enjoy feeding their customers the great BBQ ! Lisa, the manager is obviously a great team leader. Brendan is extremely conscientious!

We made a quick stop here before heading to our destination and had a pleasant experience overall. The two ladies working there—one of whom was the manager—were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even gave my child a free ice cream, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food tasted good; however, I was a bit disappointed with the sandwich, as it seemed like I was given scraps rather than a full portion. Aside from that, the great customer service really stood out, and I still enjoyed our visit.

Ordered turkey and it's disgusting. Looks like it was boiled and definitely not turkey breast.. pics are what I'm use to getting at Dickies when I go and what I got from this location. Very unhappy after what I just paid..

Very clean location — you can tell they take pride in keeping this Dickey’s in Pecos spotless. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the customer service was hands down the best. Chris, the server, was funny, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the friendliest Dickey’s locations I’ve been to. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous restaurant! Loads of tables. Walk up to order. We had Mac n brisket and Frito brisket. Pretty good. Bit pricey- 2 meals $30+ plus 2 sodas $7. Plenty of parking. We came at lunchtime and easily parked with our camper.

Placed a large order for pick up at 11:30 am for Noon pick up. It wasn't ready right at Noon (5 minutes later), but they apologized, gave me a beverage while I waited and discount for return visit. That is how you treat customers! And the food was great!
