Gorgeous restaurant! Loads of tables. Walk up to order. We had Mac n brisket and Frito brisket. Pretty good. Bit pricey- 2 meals $30+ plus 2 sodas $7. Plenty of parking. We came at lunchtime and easily parked with our camper.

Placed a large order for pick up at 11:30 am for Noon pick up. It wasn't ready right at Noon (5 minutes later), but they apologized, gave me a beverage while I waited and discount for return visit. That is how you treat customers! And the food was great!

So, best I can guess is I received the wrong order at the drive thru. By the time I opened the bag and found out, I was long gone. What I received was very good, but not what I ordered... I got ribs instead of pulled pork and for my sides, no fries, no okra, it was mashed potatoes.

Regarding my recent three-meat plate order, I must express my dissatisfaction with the brisket. My order specifically requested moist, sliced brisket; however, the brisket received was notably dry and appeared to be chopped. Additionally, despite ordering a double portion, the serving size seemed considerably smaller than a standard single portion. The server's actions resulted in my receiving the driest portion of the brisket, while the subsequent customer benefited from a fresh cut. Needless to say, I also got the brisket cold; it was not warm, it was cold. I highly recommend not leaving the area where they prepare your food because they will trick you and give you the remains of the last brisket. They kind of push you to the side section and to the register; don't fall for that, people, they will do you wrong, especially the manager. You can feel he gets upset if you stay there.

Stopped here, late night in the middle of a road trip. My youngest son was very tired and refused to eat. Chris came out of his way to talk to us at the table and was able to get my son out of his mood and he ended up eating half of my stack. It meant so much to me. I would eat here again just for the customer service. The food was also great but the customer service was top notch!

I eat here EVERY time I go through Pecos! The owners are so kind and the workers always greet us and treat us so well! The food here is always better than any Dickey’s, I’ve ever been to. They definitely take pride in how they cook and prepare their food, and they are always checking on you even after you have been served.
The soft serve ice cream is a nice bonus after your delicious bbq meal! Best place in Pecos to eat my far!

The food was sub par. What you see was $58. 1lb brisket, 1 piece kielbasa, 1/2 rack of ribs. Went about 6:30pm. Brisket was overdone and stringy, not a lot of flavor. Kielbasa was good. Ribs were overdone cooked and old. When they fall off the bone, they are overcooked or reheated.
100% not worth the money.
