I went into the HTeaO in Pecos to grab a coffee because with the antenna on my truck I can’t go through the drive-through. I walked in expecting it to be quick there were zero customers inside, just one car in the drive-through. I ended up standing there for at least 20 minutes before anyone even realized I was in the building.
I originally planned to order at the counter, but it took so long for them to notice me that I ended up downloading the app, going through all the steps to sign in, and placing an online order instead. That took another 10 minutes before they even saw the order.
When two employees finally came up, both of them said they didn’t know how to make the drink. They spent about three minutes talking to each other about who was going to make it while I was standing right there. Then they had to go look up a recipe. One of the employees was cussing under her breath/joking around with her headset, and overall the whole thing just felt very unprofessional.
It really seemed like they were paying more attention to the one person in the drive-through while multiple employees were in the back joking around. I was definitely disappointed, and I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

Love this place but, don't go through the drive thru. This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and witnessed someone putting their fingers on the inside of the cups before filling them. That is the most disgusting thing ever. How do you have clean hands if you are accepting cards and cash at the register then grabbing people's cups by the rims with your fingers fully inside the cups. So gross. Probably doesn't even wash their hands regularly throughout the day.

Had a terrible experience at the HTeaO store in Sweetwater, TX. Unfriendly and terrible tea. Stopped at the store in Pecos so we could hopefully get a better tea. Super friendly and even gave my wife a free replacement tea when we mentioned our experience in Sweetwater. Very friendly and pleasant, and fantastic tea. This is the service that we're used to at all the other locations we've been to.

I love their wedding cake tea, and all the staff know me as a regular they even asked me if I haven't been in there in a couple days if I'm okay or if I've been sick. Great company great product only recommendation I would have is can we have the almond green tea available to make it home?

I always come here for happy hour, I come about 4 to 5 times a week. every time I come they can’t seem to get my order through drive through correct. Once I get to the drive through window the workers are always laughing, or being rude. It’s not a first time or oh it happened here or there once in a while it’s every time I come. I only come because I love the tea from here. Asked to speak to a manager today and was told they were not in and they could not tell me when a manager will come in at all so I could speak to one, & just hung up with lots of attitude. The atmosphere here feels very horrible. It should feel friendly and inviting. The tea is the only reason why I put up with the attitude I’m given every time I come.
The woman working the counter tonight is incredible! I am from the north and have never been here. She helped me in so many ways including telling me all the secret recipe mixes and then offering me and my family a sample of a hot tea. Which was yummy. She deserves a raise! She sure loves what she does and that’s good for the company! Thank you!
