The woman working the counter tonight is incredible! I am from the north and have never been here. She helped me in so many ways including telling me all the secret recipe mixes and then offering me and my family a sample of a hot tea. Which was yummy. She deserves a raise! She sure loves what she does and that’s good for the company! Thank you!

HTeaO in Pecos has a vast selection of teas and other accessories to choose from. The facility is beautifully decorated inside. They also have mini cups to sample the different teas. Their teas range from sweetened to unsweetened and a variety of flavors. They even sell the teas by the gallon! I highly recommend this place for your next stop for a cup of tea.

Went by to l the drive thru for my order since it’s so convenient however upon waiting it took over 5 mins for the cashier (Alani D)to acknowledge on drive thru after waiting longer than expected she took my order and at that I still cldnt hear her so I ask for my receipt and she rolls her eyes and slams window. Girl was pretty rude and gave attitude and seemed to be bothered by the fact when I asked for a recipt. Employee needs to learn to work on customer service and greeting people
