Had a terrible experience at the HTeaO store in Sweetwater, TX. Unfriendly and terrible tea. Stopped at the store in Pecos so we could hopefully get a better tea. Super friendly and even gave my wife a free replacement tea when we mentioned our experience in Sweetwater. Very friendly and pleasant, and fantastic tea. This is the service that we're used to at all the other locations we've been to.
I love their wedding cake tea, and all the staff know me as a regular they even asked me if I haven't been in there in a couple days if I'm okay or if I've been sick. Great company great product only recommendation I would have is can we have the almond green tea available to make it home?

He has a tea recipe delivered straight from heaven, and he has been chosen from on high to bless Pecos, Texas with that heavenly recipe and his tea brewing talents.
Tyler is the hardest working tea brewer (scientist) I have ever seen. He basically has a doctorates degree in TEA-ology that compliments his heavenly blessed recipe resulting in the world best tea made right in Pecos Texas.
