Waited for 15 minutes at the counter before they took my order ,I was the ony person in line at first they took drive thru's only They were short handed at 6 to 7 hour very unprofessional will not be back and calling corporate, mashed potatoes were old and gravy has a sour taste didn't eat them, What a shame to see this place go down hill

Food was good. Except the fact we didn't get the chkn how we ordered. We didn't get our coleslaw neither. We ordered crispy chkn 8pc and they gave us original. We ordered mash potatoes and coleslaw and we got double mash potatoes and no coleslaw. We were gunna take it back but thought of well it's just coleslaw but once we got to the hotel and the chkn wasn't crispy...but we stl ate it cuz my husband had to go to wrk

Yesterday I had a great morning experience with getting a drink and food except the coleslaw tasted like chemicals and old plastic kinda like left overs fit a couple days in the fridge ..though today it was bullsh…. Service was horrible ..literally wanted to just drive off ..a lot of mistakes made ..first off though there was no one around to take my order at the drive thru for a while ?? I’m adding that I went today Aug28-2024 with a friend and these workers acted like animals and children ..yelling for each other then not letting customers know the fountain machine was out besides Dr Pepper is the ONLY drink that tasted like it may be carbonated drink… my friend chicken was still a lil raw I do not understand how these ppl think they r doing a good job at this establishment!!

Just spent 18 minutes in drive thru, placed order. Another 16 minutes for spicy chicken sandwich, and 3 piece box... original style. Had to go back in bc was given wrong order....check my order still wrong. Had to just cancel order. Guess Pecos said you don't need lunch today fatboy.
