I like it but the staff seemed very strange to me, they didn't allow me to get close to the window, it's something strange because the kid wasn't in his right mind, he seemed drugged, in other words, they behaved strangely and were very rude.

They let me know they pretty much only had drums and thighs, all other chicken was out of stock. Waited 40 minutes for my order just to find out they made it wrong and had to redo it which was going to take another 20 minutes.

I have been sitting here in my truck for twenty minutes waiting on an eight piece chicken. This my third time here and each time it's been the same thing. You think they would figure out that a chicken place should go have chicken. Will not be back!

Passed by today 2-5-24 through the dive in and I ordered my food by the time I was going to pay I realized that I had left my wallet in my personal truck and was so embarrassed with the window clerk and I was about to let him know that I was going to cancel because I didn’t have $$$$ or my card and he gave me the food that’s so much I had a very bad day was not feeling good was sick I was not thinking well but just want to thank Ismael for that grate gesture I’ll be back to see you soon and pay youParking: It’s not the parking it’s when you exit the restaurant to much traffic

Awful like always whenever you think you can give them another chance they're always there to let you down ?. I should no better it happens every time. Order wrong everything from missing items to just completely. I figured I would learn guess when you like KFC. You have to put up with bad service and missing items. So if you order a family 12 piece you are only going to get 8 and sides like the great people of New York forgetta boutit...I try but no good enen when u remind them it's seem they will intentionally mess up the order not even mad anymore.oh yea forgot to mention I've been dealing with this for 5 years .
