Unfortunately, I was hopeful for an incredible Mexican food while in Pecos. I would say this is mediocre, standard quo. I had the combination Mexican plate. The Chili Releno wasn’t fully cooker, had major difficulties cutting it. The Salsa was very good, and the service was great for West Texas Oil Patch. Unfortunately they too don’t have any RO for making tea or just a glass of water!
Not a fancy place and service was a little on the slow side but the food is well with the wait. Will definitely be back. Steak burrito was top notch. Looking into the stacked enchiladas next time
I ordered my lemonade with ice and not and it affected my throat.
And it wasn't cheap $25 and cents...
