Went through drive thru Nov 8th to have a window slammed on me because a language barrier . Came through again Today November 17 same workers and I told the girl I was missing medium fries . She proceeded to grab the manager I handed my receipt and the manager had a huge attitude about it and slammed the window on me once again . Very disappointed to be treated this way because I don’t speak Spanish and the worker didn’t speak English . They definitely need to woke on customer service .

Very bad service, they see you standing in the pretty room and they don't serve you very badly and speaking bad words making fun of you. apparently they had a Venezuelan settlement

Special ordered a Double cheeseburger plan with no cheese and only ketchup.. special order grill slip printed out... "McDouble ONLY ketchup NO American Cheese"... I get my food back to my truck and open it up and guess what.... They got the only ketchup right and still added the cheese without reading the grill slip..

I didn't have time to look at my order since it took so long for me to get it, being a trucker I was already behind schedule because of the wait.

There's a reason a grill slip is printed out!!! If you can't read, then ask someone to explain to you what the grill slip says so you get the product made correctly.

I stopped going to this McDonald's, I decided to return, two cashiers arrived at the cell, talking to me, waiting, I saw that he was there and he was still in his cell. I order a coffee, I pay, I wait. In 5 minutes, more people arrive and ask for their order. They deliver it. I keep waiting. He gets upset when I ask for the coffee. He tells me to wait for me. It's been 7 minutes and they can't give me my coffee. I ask for a refund and the girl starts to offend. The manager didn't say anything to him. What I'm going to is, I ordered a coffee and they get upset if they're working, it's better to stay at home.

Didn’t plan on spending a night so ya know I was starving when I walked in! So I sat in the booths to eat and them nats was so bad and on top of dat old girl was mopping and I know I felt that mop 3 times hit my shoe!

Got a couple Carmel frappe with extra Carmel it was very good I would recommend if you want a good frozen coffee Starbucks is getting crazy with their prices and quality isn’t good I love the Carmel frozen Frappuccino here !!♥️
