The last 4 times we have ordered online the wait was supposed to be 30 to 40 minutes. Every single time we wait an average of an hour after the time our order was supposed to be ready. Communication at this location is always horrible. I have left without ever receiving my order after waiting 2 hours and being told they didn't know how much longer it was going to take.
😡Husband and I were traveling. Tried to call twice to order and got hung up on both times. They called me back and when I tried to order again, they hung up on me again. Decided to pull in and order a takeout anyhow. Waited over 30 minutes for the order. Had to repeat the order three times as he couldn't seem to get it right. Finally got the order and left. Slow service incompetent waitresses and management. Wanna be white girl with fake blue eyes likes to hide from problems and send waitress instead of her coming to resolve the issue. Very bad service never coming here again.
