Great people and very friendly atmosphere. The plate portions are more than generous. Make sure you're really hungry or part of it is ending up to go. Catfish on Fridays is the bomb. Everybody needs to try it. Overall best place in Pecos to get some bbq. You will not be disappointed.
I'm passing thru the state and Pody's was on my bucket list, made it just before they closed. Super nice staff and amazing brisket. They also gave me a cup of their hot sauce to try, loss of words for how much I liked that.
I ordered the 3 meat plate,it was delicious but was not allowed double turkey. So I ordered the slice brisket, jalapeño sausage and the turkey. It was real good.Mac & Cheese with potatoe salad. Will definitely return to eat there.
