Went to drive thru and ordered just a simple cappuccino French vanilla small size and what a disappointment. I’ve never had that problem at any Starbucks. From a 12 oz cup I think 10 oz was foam , literally so disappointed. I called and the girl that answered said “ that’s how they come” smh This is Pecos location btw

People do not listen the children working at these establishments around this town act like they r not obligated to do their job I get a great drink and then when they change their hours you get someone who just plain does not give a sh?t and mess orders up LISTEN TO WHAT YOU R TOLD !!! This is why yall do not get tips tired of paying 8-10$ for talks mess up !!!
The best part of this quick coffee stop was the young gentleman working the drive thru window. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. Keep it up young man, I'm sure you'll go far in life! We'll definitely be back by on our next grocery trip.
