Was waiting in drive behind a customer who was waiting for 15 minutes,so she pulled off so I pulled up to order, no answer after 5 minutes so I left also. Kinda bummed cause I wanted taco bell but went somewhere else!

It’s nice to finally have a Taco Bell in Pecos. The staff is kind, food is fresh, no complaints overall with anything related to the food or staff itself. BUT, I give it 3 stars for the wait times. They appear to be very understaffed. Perhaps management would consider a wage increase as incentive to get more staff. One night they were lined up to the road and I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru then decided to leave and come back. About an hour later it was the same way! Waited over 30 minutes in line the second time! Every other time I’ve been here, no matter what I order, I’m asked to pull forward and wait on my food. It never fails. I wish I could just be smart and stay away from the place with such horrible wait times, but I’m a fat and lazy American stuck in Pecos, TX. That should tell you all you need to know 😂

Congratulations Taco Bell, you have the same service as the old KFC. It's HORRIBLE!!! I tried again because my wife wanted a Mexican pizza. She said her food was okay. My food sucked. Food was cold, the tortillas were really hard or stale, and my order was missing my hot sauce that I ordered. Please do better.
My first time ordering. Nacho fries hot and delicious, Catina chicken quesadilla was yummy but I got all the way to Saragosa before I realized that they charged me for a crunch wrap supreme but didn’t put one in my bag. My fault for not checking but please I only ordered 3 things. How can you mess that up? I was too far to turn around. ☹️

Stopped by Taco Bell and had a very disappointing experience. They were completely out of all sauce packets, which we weren’t informed about until after ordering. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. I also ordered three large drinks, but they didn’t have large cups available, only medium. Several other customers in the restaurant were clearly frustrated with the same issues regarding drinks and sauces. On top of that, the order took about 10 minutes longer than the quoted time. Overall, poor communication and service. I won’t be returning.
