I gave it 1 star because my aunt got the taco salad and I'm pretty sure she got food poisoning. She was very sick. The other 3 of us had other stuff and didn't get sick. The wrap wasn't that great, barely had anything in it, more wrap than contents.

Never had issues with wendys before until this location. I ordered a burger and a drink. I never told them combo and they never asked. I pick up my food with no reciept and I drove off. They charge me for a combo and messed up my drink too. So everyone check you orders like other fast food places.

I feel the person running the drive thru should greet the customer immediately even if they are busy. Just kindly ask the customer to give them a moment.

The burger looked sad small and the buns were cold! Got a chicken sandwich too and it was completely wrong, wrong cheese and it was missing stuff. This was just terrible The fries! Overcooked smh!!!

Ice machine was broken in lobby so i asked the lady with the chicken head haircut if there was ice behind the cashiers vending machine and she said no there isnt any ice. Halfway through me drinking a warm coke i see her filling up ice in cups from back vending machine

Foods are great but Service are horrible there was no excuse of forgetting our order. They forgot my 2 4 piece nugget and forgot ranch and BBQ sauce, ridiculous
2 times I made order and first one they made mistake and add what I didn't ask and didn't put in my order what I ask. Second time I made an asap order and they even didn't prepare it, it was just 2 chili soup, I took it after 15 minutes. Food taste is good, but service needs an improvements.

Forgot my frys for both biggie deals drinks weren't closed right spilled in my car lucky I bought chilly cheese fries oh and they can't count four nuggets got 6 out of 8 . And they will let the phone ring pick up and hang up as a secret shopper corporate will hear about this
