Stopped by Wingstop thinking I was about to treat myself… instead I got a chicken sandwich so rubbery I could’ve bounced it off the floor. I couldn’t even eat it. How do you mess up chicken this bad? Only thing saving them from a zero-star review are the fries. Those were the lone bright spot in this whole tragic meal. If you’re going for wings or a sandwich? Don’t. If you’re going for fries? Sure—just don’t expect much else.

Looked for a spot to sit and eat and this place had 3 tables full of people waiting for to go orders and about 10 more people standing in the tiny lobby. The bathroom looked like a crime scene and with all the children working there it was definitely not the spot we wanted. Do better wingstop.

Great experience at Wingstop in Pecos, Texas!
I placed a large order of 180 wings for my crew, and everything went perfectly. When I arrived, the food was already ready to go—hot, fresh, and packaged neatly. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by helping me carry everything out to the truck.
It’s not easy handling big orders like that, but they nailed it. Really appreciate the teamwork and efficiency from this location. Big thanks to the crew at Wingstop Pecos for doing an excellent job!
Its a good place to get wings to go if what you want is whatever they want. Walked in, order and paid for an order of 10 wings, pay the extra for all drums and got a mix of them, In other words whoever cooks them will get you what he/she wants. If you are dining in, good luck seating in a table. They do not have them apart enough to seat 4 people at each table, just because they do not want to. A good number of flies while dining in, too. If you want to order from here, just for the flavor, just take it out. You might be better off. ...oh an contrast can to disposed of your trash.

I wanted to give everyone a big thank you because I accidentally ordered from the wrong location in Carlsbad, New Mexico, for pick-up. I walked in, and they said, “Hey, you ordered at the wrong location. Get them to cancel it, and we’ll make the order here.” I did that. They had my order ready in about five minutes, and I can’t thank them enough. The food and service are top-notch. Thanks for helping me with my mistake.

Coming from the Dallas area traveling w the family we decided to stop at a hotel in Monahans Tx. Well we said lets go to wingstop is like 35 right. Well first of all the place was so hot we decided to go back to the hotel well evey time we order the same in Dallas we have never pay $85.00 lol but here man. Well also the fries are not the same they are different just to let u know wellMcDonals fries are better and i dont like them lol. Plus this the most disgusting part it was a hair in one of the wings my God. And i didn’t feel like driving back another 35 min from the hotel. Well ppl now u know if u are driving from Dallas area or FW. Ppl read this and dont stop there. Now this bad experience make me not like wingstop and i love wing stop well it will take like a year for me to go back to any wingstop. Wingstop u company is getting a bad mame in Pecos ,Tx. Do something about it pls. The A/C there is trash. Lol u guys own me $85.00 Do something ppl is for ur own good of ur company
