I ordered the machacado a la mexicana plate, it came with beans, potatoes and tortillas, everything tasted yummy. Can't wait to try their lunch menu. I gave atmosphere a 4 because it could use some plants or some decorations on the walls.
Great little neighborhood cafe ! I ate breakfast at Cindy's for the first time during my recent visit to the RGV. I enjoyed it enough to go back twice more during my stay. Service was prompt and super friendly; even during the very busy Saturday morning visit. Food was served hot and fresh and cooked to order. First visit. We had breakfast mid-morning on a Thursday. There were plenty of tables available. Our breakfast was great, served fast and at a nice price. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Very friendly place.
