Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza had a huge gap in the bottom as if dough was badly eavened out in pan. I looked at my phone for a while while the guy brought my pizza and instead of saying something like “here you go your card mam” or even a “here is your card” nooo he waved thing until the corner of my eye caught it which was unnecessarily rude. Same with pizza he just moved it instead of saying here is the pizza.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employees were rude and unprofessional there was no greeting or sense of customer service at the drive-thru, just a blunt “What do you want?” The pizza I received was cold, and the wings were burned. It felt like the staff had no interest in being there. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it reflects directly on the customer experience. Proper training in both food quality and basic customer service is clearly needed here.

Ridiculous that they gave me classic pepperoni pizzas but charged me for the Extramostbestest pizzas. I used to be a GM for Little Caesars and this is utterly ridiculous. I’m seriously so disappointed in this location.

multiple times i’ve gone because it’s sometimes closer , i order through the phone, always a classic, they tell me it will be about 8 minutes, that’s ok, i arrive then they tell me it isn’t ready and i always have to wait 10 or 15 more minutes on top of the 8 minutes before, i order a classic and it always looks like a thin crust.

I visit this location since its the closest to my home and I can't with the staff they have working on here. One they don't seem to ever charge me correctly. They charge something I never order ever and when I address it they give me attitude or want to make me wait over 15 min. They should do better training and hiring more thoroughly. Cause that isn't it.! The girl was rude and wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Do better little ceasers.

Although they didn't make my pizza because, according to them, they never got my order, they have been pretty good at having it ready when I get there. And yes, it's delicious. They make it just like I ordered it.

BUYERS BEWARE NO TOMATO SAUCE Pizza has little to nothing of tomato sauce what’s the point of buying a pizza without tomato sauce please fix this it’s been more than once that we buy a pizza and no tomatoes sauce that thin layer ur adding is not cutting it there’s practically nothing all u can taste is cheese ,if this problem would be fixed it would be perfect
