Looooooonng wait time . Hot and ready? Hell no. If you want a pizza make sure you order like 2 hrs ahead. While I was waiting for my pizza along with 3 others victims whom have been waiting for close to a hour, a guy at the window was asking for corporates number .

Terrible! They never have anything ready. The customer service is ok but I’m not waiting 20 minutes for a classic pizza when stated it would only take 5. I worked there for many months when the location first opened and it has just gone completely downhill over the years. How can you say it “hot and ready” if I can’t even get it through the drive thru? Will not be returning the one located in Palmview is much better and worth the extra 5 minute drive.

Minus 100 stars- no manches- I was going to order 5 pizzas most cheese, and they didn’t want to take my $100.00 bill,
The hot and ready's are delicious especially just right out of the oven!! Melting cheese with juicy pepperoni, your mouth will water for that first bite!Wheelchair accessibility: All are welcomed!

Fed my entire AP & Pre-AP class @ LJ High with the help of Magali and staff. Called in the order for pizza first thing in the AM and they had it ready at the exact time promised. I was able to pickup the food on my lunch break, no problems or hiccups whatsoever. Always great service from this location, glad to finally have a Little Caesars in our community.

Been to this place a couple of times to get the hot and READY because is fast and cheap. For the last few months they never have it. And want to force you buy the more expensive one.I don't mind the 2 or 3 dollars extra, but I hate being forced to buy something. They want you to wait for the hot and READY.Don't go to this place if you have to wait or pay more, just drive around to dominoes that is just behind they have better pizzas at about the same price as the one they wanna force you to buy and you end up waiting the same amount of time for better quality pizza.

Horrible experience every since time. Never have HotNReadys ready, not even when you place a mobile order 20 minutes IN ADVANCE they still have you wait another 10-15 mins! Unbelievable horrible customer service. Even spoke to the “store manager” and they can’t give out any corporate numbers so all we can do is leave a review on here. Extremely horrible experience every time. I get that it’s just a fast food place, but regardless this is bad customer service.
