If I could put no stars I would, worst customer service and that’s bc every other Starbucks is very , they messed up my order in a row and it was not a complicated order. customer Service I ever experienced ever experienced 24 years experience experience experienced worst customers ever experienced and that’s because every other Starbucks is very nice nice they always there. They messed up my order two times and times in a row and it was not was not a complicated order. Very disappointed

Ordered a macha latte venti. It was 3/4 full and the rest was foam, i went to complain and told them why my cup was almost 2 sips to half? they ended up giving me a small macha to fill it up, and to my surprise that little thing was half foam as well, and there i was pouring from cup to cup in my car i can honestly say im never going to that location again, they dont care.

First time here and I dont think I would come back. Ordered through the app to pick up in drive through and they took super long with each order. I understand it can get busy but that was just too much. Ordered at 2:33 and did not receive my order until 3:10 and had to wait since theres no way to exit and had already paid via app. I also asked for no ice in a drink and they put ice and I asked for extra puree on a frappe yet there wasnt any on my drink. So much time they took and managed to mess up my order.

I ordered my drink with oat milk and it ended up being actual milk. I’m allergic to whey protein. Making mistakes like this can be very dangerous.
