I want to know if anyone has gotten sick recently from this place. My son and his girlfriend got sick and all symptoms point to food poisoning and this was the last place they ate. My son had to go to the doctors and now his girlfriend is heading to doctor as well. They got their orders Sunday evening. Please reach out or post if you know someone that got sick this week.

Im not one to leave a bad review, but Im so done with this location. I ordered online, got there 10 minutes after the time they were supposed to be done and still nothing. Supposedly it still needed 15 minutes, so i wait the 15 and it still needed the 5 more. It took 1 hour to get my order and since i was in a rush I didnt check the order. I get home, and all my 3 fries were so over cooked that my kids didnt even eat them. Also, like 10 of the wings had the meat black cause of the blood from the broken bones. So annoying

HORRIBLE! if I could give it 0 stars I would, I placed an order online when arrived I took everything out the bags to make sure my orders were right. I had 2ranch missing and the wings I got were super tiny like not even two makes one! The “manager” Marcos comes with an attitude starts taking the food out touching my fries and veggies with NO GLOVES ON and raising he’s voice at me saying everything is in there I politely ask him not to touch my food without gloves. This will be my last time coming here this is the third time something is missing on my order and their service is jst plain horribleness.

This is the worst location ever!!!!!! Not only was my order more then 45 minutes late but their back staff is really slow. I would think that since they got the big screen to tell them when the customer has arrived to pick up the online order they would be faster, they seem to be ilitterate. I asked to speak to a manager or assistant manager only to find out that they were working without one nor an assistant manager..... I understand that the employees might be students but more of a reason to have someone from management in person. These kids seem to need more training both in customer service, their system and even kitchen skills. The guy that was putting the orders in the bags was just calling random people and some whom weren't even there. If I could rate as a negative star I would. I hope I can speak to someone tomorrow from corporate cause I'm not about to waist my time with some glorified valley manager.

I asked for fresh fries and I heard them tell the worker to just reheat them and they did and the fries were awful. Chicken was cold as well. Cooks aren't capable of giving fresh food so just get new cooks. Paying for bad food.
