Had order a pizza and some cheese sticks we was the only ones in the restaurant when we did this but ended up having to wait an extra 15 minutes for our cheese sticks while the table that came in 15 minutes after us got there’s first not very happy with the service we had received just a pitty little “sorry” and that’s it. Then had to proceed to wait like 10 minutes for a to go box, and paid over 30 bucks I’m sorry but next time do better and actually compensate for your mess ups. Over 20 minutes waiting for cheese sticks while another table had came in after you had already ordered about 6 minutes prior they got there’s first cheese sticks first.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Just placed an order for 2 Large pizzas, 2 pastas and breadsticks. On one of the pizzas I requested no onions and to add jalapeños; we’ll guess what!? It had onions and no jalapeños. I called back because the last three times I’ve order from here I get something wrong with my order and usually would not complain but enough is enough. I called back and was told would get my pizza; 43 min later I called back to request a refund for that one pizza and was told I could not get a refund and that there was only one delivery driver and could not tell me how much longer I needed to wait. While typing this the pizza came in as hot as if it just came out of oven. Looks like someone forgot to put in a ticket for a messed up pizza. I guess somebody is switching to Little Caesar!

We took our high school team up to Perryton to play a soccer match. We ordered over 30 items and they were all delivered on time and hot. Everything was made just right. I'm very grateful to everyone that was working on our order, Angel R, Ashton, Sindy, and Nathan, Thank you so much!

Twice this has happened to me.....Called for delivery and told them I needed delivery to Baymont Hotel, just a block or 2 away, I told them the address and room number, they asked for the zip code but i had to look it up so they immediately hung up on me....uh, you don't you know your own towns zip code🤔🤔weird🤨 Attitude is everything, it affects everything a person does and the quality of what they do, one thing I've learned is to not bring a bad attitude to work, it changes what people think of you as an individual and affects your own confidence, yes it's difficult to do but very doable. Food is good here at pizza hut in Perryton TX but they can work on their customer service over the phone. Delivery was awesome both times and I feel they are putting forth good effort to being a better experience to the public, i wish them thw best😉

Over priced. Food took forever and when I asked for Ketchup I got 4 pkts same with ranch. 1 little pre-packaged dip. Sandwich was hard and dry wings did not have sauce to cover

Breadsticks on the menu in a 5 and 10 count. But was told by the waitress I couldn't get the 5 count, but she cannot explain why. Add the boneless wings and two of them weren't even edible. The Cajun fries were way overseased. After I've got my drink and meal the young lady never came back to my table not once to see how I was doing, if I needed a refill, or if I needed anything else. Usually with bad service I still give a dollar or two tip but when you do not come back to my table not even one time you get $0.00 tip. Now I can see why the place was empty literally empty!

Both of my pizzas were not made wrong. One had no sauce. The other had no pepperoni. They were lukewarm. The manager refused to re-make both pizzas, only the one with no sauce. Informed me if I wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have to purchase it, even though I already paid for the two they messed up Last visit, they didn’t put marinara with my cheese sticks. I called, they wouldn’t answer the phone. I drove back up there, they saw me at the window and ignored me. They refused to give me the corporate headquarters phone number. I would not recommend anyone eat there .

I placed an order specifically for cinnamon sticks and they had not given me my order when I asked to correct it I was gaslit and told that was not what I ordered when I specified what I wanted with the icing side they refused to correct their mistakes and told me I was wrong when asked them to check the recording when I placed my order and to ask the employee that had took my order they refused even though through the whole thing I was being as polite as possible and they continued to just repeat the same thing disrespectfully no class.
Hair IN my pizza. Offered remake or a credit. I don't want MORE pizza when I found a hair. I am in recovery from an eating disorder. Hair IN the food is crossing the line not one single person I seen in here has a hair net on. Just hats . I will not be back.

When you order from the app you expect the pizza to be ready when it says your pizza is ready but NOPE!!! 11 minutes and counting, but so busy…..1 table occupied, one car in the drive up lane. Highly recommend, the convenience store three doors down or Little Caesar’s by the grocery store. I wish that this was the first time this has happened in the last 2 weeks but I can promise that it will be the last time!!

Horrible experience. They have gone way up in price and they were too expensive before. They cut a large down to size of a medium and charge for a large. I ordered on the app and ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. I had earned pointes for any kind of a large pizza but when I picked it up it was a plain cheese pizza. I took it back and even showed them the app where I ordered it but they said they can’t do anything with the app but that they have had trouble with it before. I told them to make me the one I ordered but then they charged me for it. Not good customer service. I will never go there again.
