When they had first opened the pastries were quality. Now, it's quantity over quality. We had called ahead to reserve barbacoa, and when we arrived to pick it up, they told us we took too long to get there and they sold it to someone else, and there was no more, so we had tl scramble to figure out lunch for guests.Service there is a zero stars and actually has been for as long as Sanchez bakery has existed. When we have bought bread as of late, it has been terrible! My dad went and got pan bolio for menudo and choices were limited and the bread burned! Why even put this out to sell? This is not the first time either, and the tortilla quality has gone down for those who don’t know better. Please, bring back the quality that you used to have.
