Placed a mobile order where I had ordered chicken bites with 2 packets of ranch and mozzarella sticks that are supposed to come with marinara sauce. Didn't receive my marinara sauce and so I had to go to a different stall to ask for it. I was told that because I ordered 2 ranch packets I would have to pay extra to get my marinara sauce. We went back and forth 5 times while I told her that the mozzarella sticks are supposed to come with marinara sauce and she insisted that I would have to pay extra since I requested 2 ranch packets. On what planet?? I finally just left without my sauce and later realized that we received another random sauce that we didn't order but didn't have to pay extra for that?? So angry and never going back to this location

Can’t get orders right the first time. Then want to charge you for their mistake. The multiple times I’ve been always I’ve always had an issue. Just because you smile and say have a nice day doesn’t mean you have good customer service.

I've been eating @ Sonic for my ENTIRE life and this is the first and only location that has ever taken the care to make sure my chili dog didn't get smashed. They turned another empty container on its side to prevent it from smashing into the melted cheese like ALWAYS happens (iykyk!). I really appreciated the extra care in this simple step...thank you!!
The rest of our order was fresh and tasty also. The onion rings were very crispy and hot.
Fast delivery of our order also. We drove through this town several times a year on a road trip so we'll be back. Thanks for the extra attention to detail, y'all - it didn't go unnoticed!!!

Tried giving me the wrong order. Popcorn chicken had NO CHICKEN. Worst I've ever had..should have gone with Allsups. Chili tastes old . Sad sad sad, really enjoyed my chicken flavored bread. Should Have returned it , and gotten my money

This might be the worst Sonic in America. The managers absolutely refuse to add sauces to your order, the employees sprint around the parking lot dangerously, the wait times are practical joke lengths, and half of their stalls don't work.

This is a below average sonic, they couldn't even make limades right. Ordered 2 limades with extra lime, mix on the sprite was weak, and we got 1 lime wedge per cup, not squeezed, and no signs of any other Lime being added. Food was not as good as most Sonics.
